No. The consultation fee covers your intake review, private consultation, professional research, personalized regimen development, digital documentation, implementation guidance, and included follow up. Recommended products are purchased separately.
Not necessarily. Products that remain suitable for your skin and overall strategy may be incorporated into the regimen. EPIÁRA does not assume that an effective consultation requires replacing your entire shelf.
The Current Routine Review may be a better fit. That service focuses on evaluating, restructuring, and refining an established routine rather than developing a complete regimen from the beginning.
Your estimated delivery window will be confirmed when you book. Regimen development takes place after the consultation so your esthetician can review the complete information, research appropriate options, and prepare your personalized documents.
You should disclose all prescription and medically directed products during your intake. EPIÁRA can consider how your over the counter routine is structured around them, but does not prescribe, discontinue, or alter medical treatment. Questions about prescription use should be directed to the prescribing provider.
A reasonable substitute can be provided when a recommended product is unavailable shortly after your regimen is delivered. Larger preference changes or multiple substitutions may require a Regimen Refinement.
The included follow up is intended to review early progress, answer questions directly related to the regimen, and clarify minor adjustments. It is not a second complete consultation or a full redevelopment of the routine.
No. EPIÁRA provides cosmetic skincare educatioin, over the counter product guidance, and routine development. It does not diagnose or treat skin disease. Concerns requiring medical evaluation will be referred to an appropriate licensed medical procider.
