Welcome to EPIÁRA. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EPIÁRA website, email list, consultations, digital content, client materials, and any related services we make available.
By accessing our website, joining our email list, booking a consultation, submitting information, purchasing a service, or otherwise using EPIÁRA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
01. About epiára
EPIÁRA provides skincare guidance, routine review, product education, and related support designed to help clients make more thoughtful skincare decisions.
EPIÁRA is not a medical practice. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare provider.
02. no medical advice
The information provided through EPIÁRA is for educational and skincare guidance purposes only.
EPIÁRA does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We do not prescribe medications. We do not provide emergency care. We do not replace the advice of a dermatologist, physician, pharmacist, or other licensed healthcare professional.
You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any skincare product or routine if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, have allergies, have a history of adverse reactions, are using prescription medications, or have any concern about whether a product or ingredient is appropriate for you.
If you experience irritation, an allergic reaction, swelling, pain, infection, worsening symptoms, or any urgent concern, stop using the product involved and seek appropriate medical advice.
03. No Provider client medical relationship
Your use of EPIÁRA does not create a physician patient relationship, dermatologist patient relationship, or other licensed healthcare provider relationship.
Any consultation, routine review, email, message, form response, website content, or recommendation from EPIÁRA is not medical care.
04. eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use EPIÁRA services or submit personal information through our website.
By using EPIÁRA, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
05. email list and early access
You may join the EPIÁRA private list to receive launch updates, early access information, educational content, and related communications.
Joining the private list does not guarantee an appointment, consultation, discount, service availability, or acceptance as a client. We may open availability in stages and may limit the number of consultations, services, or early access opportunities.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.
06. consultations and services
When EPIÁRA consultations or services become available, the details, pricing, scope, deliverables, and timing for each service will be described on the website, booking page, checkout page, or client communication.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when completing intake forms, submitting photos, sharing skincare concerns, or describing your current routine.
EPIÁRA recommendations are based on the information you choose to provide. If the information you provide is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or missing important context, our guidance may not be appropriate for your needs.
07. product recommendations
EPIÁRA may discuss, reference, or recommend skincare products made by third party brands.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, EPIÁRA does not manufacture, sell, package, ship, test, or control those third party products. Product availability, pricing, ingredients, labeling, directions, claims, safety information, and quality are controlled by the product manufacturer or seller.
You are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredient lists, warnings, directions, expiration dates, and manufacturer information before using any product.
A recommendation does not guarantee that a product will work for you, that you will like it, or that you will not experience irritation, sensitivity, or an adverse reaction.
If EPIÁRA uses affiliate links, gifted products, paid partnerships, sponsored placements, or similar relationships, we will disclose those relationships where appropriate.
08. client responsibilities
You agree not to use EPIÁRA for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.
You agree to patch test products when appropriate, follow product instructions, avoid using products in a manner that conflicts with labeling or medical advice, and seek professional care when needed.
You agree not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, or abusive content through our website, forms, emails, client portal, or other communication channels.
09. photos and information you submit
You may have the option to submit photos, routine details, skin concerns, product lists, lifestyle information, or other materials so that EPIÁRA can provide guidance.
You grant EPIÁRA permission to use the information and materials you submit for the purpose of providing services to you, managing your client experience, communicating with you, maintaining business records, and improving our services.
We will not use your identifiable photos, name, testimonial, or personal story in public marketing without your permission.
10. payments
When paid services become available, payments must be made through the payment methods we offer at checkout or through our booking platform.
Payment processing may be handled by third party payment providers. EPIÁRA does not store your full payment card details unless expressly stated by the payment provider.
Prices, service availability, and payment terms may change at any time before purchase.
11. cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be provided on the applicable booking page, checkout page, service description, or client agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific service policy, fees for completed consultations, digital services, routine reviews, and personalized work may be non refundable once work has begun or the service has been delivered.
If you miss an appointment, submit incomplete intake information, or fail to provide requested materials on time, EPIÁRA may need to reschedule, delay, or cancel the service according to the applicable policy.
12. website content
All content on the EPIÁRA website, including text, images, design, branding, graphics, educational materials, downloads, service descriptions, and other materials, is owned by EPIÁRA or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or use EPIÁRA content for commercial purposes without written permission.
13. acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or services. This includes attempting to interfere with the website, access systems without permission, submit malicious code, scrape content, impersonate another person, violate another person’s rights, or use EPIÁRA for unlawful purposes.

16. disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPIÁRA and its website, content, services, communications, and recommendations are provided on an as is and as available basis.
We do not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant that any information will always be current, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
17. limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPIÁRA, its owners, founders, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or personal dissatisfaction with skincare outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPIÁRA’s total liability for any claim related to the website, services, content, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to EPIÁRA for the service giving rise to the claim.
18. indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EPIÁRA, its owners, founders, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your submission of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
